June 2009 Pictures

In 2009 a new gas pipeline was constructed along the Erie's right of way. AT first we didn't know what was going on but a considerable amount of brush was cut from the tracks. Not knowing if this was some sort of reactivation, or formal abandonment, we got out there and took some pictures. The brush cutting allowed us to see the right of way like it hasn't been seen in many years. However the construction of the pipeline also changed the area.
